Let's See... It's hard to choose but I would go with the Xbox 360.

The Xbox 360 has games that are good, the price isn't that expensive.

Even though the PS3 has Blu-Ray Format... The price seems a bit high.. I don't think i'm going to be watching High-Def for awhile since I mostly plug my systems in my tv card on my computer...

Wii.. I would get it but I think I would get tired of waving my hands all around like I'm wierd... But Nintendo is going into a different direction than Sony and Microsoft so I'll give them Kudos for that.

personally i like the 360 best right now, it has the best price point (currently), it doesn't need a new format for sony to flop (UMD), and it supports so many other gadgets to connect to it (psp, ipod, charge phones)

there is why i like the 360 much better right now

Definitely the PS3, my only concern with that is the price. The games on PS3 is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Some great RPG games like FF and MGS are on that. You can't compare the graphic on PS3 with 360, domination!

I'll will be getting the Wii because it's cheaper, and has the most games I'm interested in. A semi-close runner up is PS3, since I've had a Playstation of some sort almost as long as I can remember (and yes, FF is wonderful, one of my reasons for having PS to begin with!)

I would have to go for the PS3. The included Blu Ray Player alone off sets the cost, so cost really isn't a big deal. But only if the disk format takes off. I paid $300.00 for the PS2 when it came out and I thought that was a crime but I'm still using it. I guess second I would go with the 360. My cousin loves his.

I just hope that the PS3 won't have the overheating problems that previous Playstations have had. I've returned a few because I went out and bought them right away, only to have Sony realize they screwed up somewhere. Anyone remember turning 1st-gen ps1's upside down so they wouldn't overheat? Ah well, I still love 'em.

Well with the latest news of sony having not haven even gone to production by now, I envisage huge launch issues. I was hoping on getting a ps3 for ebay but eh....might as well put up the money for 360 and ds lite and a Zune! hell yeah.

I've been a Nintendo person, and I'll be continuing with the Wii.

Its something I've been wanting to play for awhile; the 'virtual reality' part of gaming where its not just pushing the buttons, you're actually 'doing' the action.

I'm almost positive that you can use that controller to play NES games. I don't know because I've never played it but I could have sworn that I heard that you can use that remote on it's side for NES games.

Well, for one, PS3 and Xbox360 cost (or will) $300+... with 2 kids and a wife to feed (or let her buy clothes!), don't have 'nuff cash to go around... Wii is better of the three... but still I will let things ride for a year to let prices come down...

Well i mean its a demographic thing... Only way id buy a Wii is if i had kids like 14 and under and set them up for it, would i buy it for my self? no i dont see it fittign the bill for me its just a dumbed down console IMO interface and content wise. I love massive multiplayer and team play style games.. most of my gaming happens on a PC and when it does its either BF2 Quake4 or World of Warcrack. Mind you i do own a Xbox (not a 360 because the content is just not there IMO yet) PSX, Sega Gen, and al lthe consoles before the PSX you name it. But i just never was a big sony fan because all the games are geared for button mashers and i was the guy who went out to get a keyboard and mouse adapter just for halo...

Wii FTW!

I'm not much of a gamer, and the Wii sounds like it will be very interesting and fun to play. You can get more involved with the game, you know, with those crazy hand motions and swinging that controller type thing.

Second would be the PS3, just because of Blu-Ray, $60 is way to much for a game.
