Has he considered a pair of earphones and a microphone?

No, no, he's the smart one! We do have the earphone with microphone, but thats hooked up in the main office. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing, you know: neck is getting saw... see the sticky tape... one thing leads to another...

Ouch!! that must be really painful.

I wonder how's it feel to be ripped off with the hair being taped.
