Don't use this for evil or nerfarious purposes.

I think it is pretty cool. Although, I am sure my friends will not think so when I get one.

I love gadgets like this, especially since most of my friends flip out when the tv starts doing strange things on its own!
And, what is your definition of "evil purposes"? ;)

This should be nice to have when I'm in public waiting rooms and lobbies with those TV's playing c-span all day long.

Just hide it under your arm in an inconspicous way ;) I just got one. It's awesome! I was just using it on my tv just now. Can't wait to cause mayhem at my school! *Evil grin*

I never thought of using it in a public place. That would bring a lot of laughs but also a lot of puzzled expressions. I will be ordering one of these. I see tons of possibilities to have a little fun.
I have one and i also have a TV B GONE the TV B Gone is much better for just causing havoc because the ninja remote requires programing...
See you have to hold down the mute button till it mutes or un mutes the TV when you let go at that moment it keeps that tv code loaded. yea its good but its not fast for your drive by TV harassment :)
so having both is sweet.

"How to program:
Point at TV. Press and hold
MUTE button until TV mutes
Quickly release MUTE button.
Press VOL button to restore
volume."
I quoted the programming instructions on the back of the remote. As for the angle part, You know when you try to turn up the volume on your tv, but it doesn't respond? Then you hold it slightly higher and it works? Kinda like that.
Oh, And by the way, It DOESN'T work on all TVs. Everyone I have showed it to are always under the impression that it does. I'll post the brands it should work on later.;)

Hey is this ninja remote thing any good? I recently got a LighTalk from www.thinkgeek.com, and was kinda disappointed. The ninja remote looks perfect for reeking havoc in public places, and i was wondering if it's worth it to buy?
Ninja works but its quirky it pays to have TVBGONe and a Ninja remote... together you can cause hell.

Haha - this is the best thread in the world. It would be really funny to go to a bar and flip it to like soap operas or the home shopping channel, or that one arts and crafts channel. Pretty much anything girly.

Yeah that would be hilarious just make sure you hide the thing immediately. Nothing would get you killed faster than putting Oprah Late Night, or whatever an equivalent show is if that doesn't exist yet, on just as someones favorite team is about to kick a game winning field goal.

This would be a perfect Ninja Tool for a teenage at school. Think of switching up the AV equipment when the teacher isn't looking.
