Creative Zen V:Plus or w/e their new flash mp3 is called.
Creative Zen:M, an audio/ video player with a very welcoming/ interesting interface and wide resource of compatibilities.

The iRiver series of products are really nice, if you're just aiming for a flash based mp3 player.

I bought my wife a shuffle...it's only $80 and has 1gb of storage. It's pretty good plus the fact that it's really small.

I just bought an Archos 605 and I love it. Just got off the plane and watched 5 episodes of dexter. 180gb of storage and 20 hours of playback. You really can't beat that. Check out archos.
