To keep up-to-date with the latest news from CG Forum and CG site, why not have a regular Newsletter?
e.g. once a month...etc.
That is something I always planned to do but never got round to. I've got a database of 500 or so confirmed subscribers that did sign-up for a newsletter, do you have any recommendations for software to use to send one out.

I thought vBulletin should come with mass-mailing service, shouldn't it?
No it doesn't. I have a plug-in for emailing all forum members but it wouldn't let me email the 500 or so other addresses I have.

I couldn't really find a software that does that. If you are able to extract the email addresses out in a quick fashion, that might be really helpful.

That is a nice idea. Having all the latest month buzz talk gadgets listed. This would also keep the members who registered reminded about the site if they haven't been on it in a while.
