It's just a cool toy. Fun, although unpractical.

It would be handy only if it could go like to a base station and recharge it's batteries. Once it is recharged it will contiue it's work without any assistance.

Now that is a nice lawnmower!
How much do you have to let go for one of these?

If you want a red type then this is the model you would get..

That one goes for about $2,500.
As for the green one in the other post. That's about $1,600.
Aw man I could really use one of those. Our lawnmower is so heavy and always takes forever to start. I wouldn't mind sitting inside looking out the window while my lawnmower did the work for me :).
actualy you know what i think is far cooler? the hover mower and i dotn mean this one http://gprime.net/video.php/flyinglawnmower
I mean these http://www.flymo.co.uk/node513.aspx?cid=307
They actualy hover no wheels !
They have been around for ages you can find colectors finding old ones among the very first lawn mowers in the 70's and i think maybe late 60's i may be wrong..

Do they have any idea where they are in the lawn or do they just "go around" hoping they will cut all the grass???
depends on the model and from who ive seen ones that do a pattern based on a line you plant in ur property like you do with the invisable dog fence colar deal
