Disable the images in quotes by default.. because i hate when people quote a long ass thread with 20 photos and repeat the photos when its not needed... eating bandwidth and screen space

I hate that too though it won't affect bandwidth, it's cached after the first request. Not sure it's a standard VB option though, would probably require custom hacking.

I had a guy quote me on a thread i made with like 7 images and omg i was like weres the delet buton...

A few posts merged above.

I agree that it's a good idea to do but it's not a default option in vB 3.6 (that I can find) and the hack suggested is not compatible with 3.6.

I will look for another solution though.

We do have multi quotes , Editing and many other options in this version.
The members can do these edits by themselves rather than bumping again and again.
We also got Extra smilies :) in this forum ie 12 allowed at a time :D :D :D where as in normal vb forums only 4 are allowed :( :( so keep going guys and keep contributing :p:p in this rocking coolest forums :D:D

The members can do these edits by themselves rather than bumping again and again.


Editing does not notafy of changes If there needs to be an update that is signifigant should be a reply and not edit because the person paying attention to the thread for purpose of knowing the information will not know it was updated other than by stumbeling apon it.
