Does anyone here has installed a computer in their cars?

Yeah, but usually those computers are mostly used for navigation, and like I said you can interface your bluetooth phone with them. This way when the phone rings the radio will automatically mute and you can talk freely without touching any buttons.
You can even use voice recognition to tell the computer to dial a number for you!
That's actually an improvement over having too take your eyes off the road to dial a number in a cellphone.

There has aleady been something that allows people to have a computer in their car. It is called VoomPC.

Here's the Link (http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/store/itx_cases/carpccase)

That is only the case, you still have to add a screen and all the accesories you may want.

I saw a car computer installed on MTV's Pimp My Ride. It was fantastic! And you are right by saying bluetooth and wireless would actually lessen, if not rid, accidents caused by using cellphones while driving.
