I had no idea that gmail had shortcuts

You can always see them in the footer when you login to your gmail account.
They have many versions like standard , lite.

Never had any problems with Gmail. And i like it - easy and fast AJAX interface, big mailbox, awesome spam filters - what not to like?

Yeah, i agree with Case on Gdrive - makes life so easy. When i want to upload something, i jus tput it in there, without having to open Gmail, create a new letter, attach my file and then send it to myself.

I love the GDrive too. I set up a separate account to keep my files in.

Thanks for that loooong list of tips. Wonder how long it took to compile it!

I've been using Gmail since around when it first came out and so far I have been pretty happy with it.

The only problem I've had is sometimes when attaching a file, even a very small one, it shows a loading message but it never loads. I've left it, watched a movie, came back and it was still loading so i just quit out of it.

Well, like I said, it happend even on small files, I don't know why though. It's a pretty rare thing.

Never had it happen to me either... especially for small files... internet may have cut out while it uploaded?

The main reason I use it is for group emails - I'm on a lot of yahoo groups regarding my Paint Shop Pro habit *insert twitch twitch here* and you have no choice but be on individual mail because of the sheer number of files that come through - the only drawback I have seen to it is that it doesn't move on to the next email if you press delete... it goes back to your inbox!
