Bluetooth Connection Problem To An Hp Ipaq

I have the belkin bluetooth usb stick, i am trying to connect my Ipaq to my computer, however, after i install the software for the bluetooth device, it doesnot find my pda. i have my pda's bluetooh activated. i have it functioning with my handsfree in the car and such. but i cant figure out what else i can do to connect it to my pda

I had a similar problem with my Bluetooth but with a different brand, I found a solution in a tech support site I am sure you can use it too.
