Urgent Help on HP iPAQ h3800

My iPAQ Pocket PC h3800 falled on the floor and after that the touch screen doesnt want to work, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, it sounds like there is something in there, is there any way to fix it to get it working again?

The only way is to send back to Compaq (HP) to fix it. That's usually the only situation. Unless you're expert in electronics (even experts may not unnecessarily know the underlying schematic), it is better not pry open the Pocket PC yourself.
