Wristwatch that can send/receive email?

Hi,

I'm trying to find out if there is a wristwatch available at the present time that can send and receive email or text messages.

I found the SPOT watches at MSN Direct, but they can only receive, not send messages.

Any pointers on where to look would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm.. I think Al might know something about wrist watches that is capable of sending messages. Got to ask him really :P

Why do you want a watch to do this? Why not a PDA? Or a phone?
