Disney Mobile - Good for families

I ran across this and figured I'd share - personally since my signifigant other works for Verizon and my cell service is next to nothing I have no reason to switch but if I did have a reason I might consider it - the service has alot bells and whistles that would be good for a teenager like:

Family Monitor
Family Alert
Call Control
Family Locator

Those options are suitable for kids more than for teenagers. Teenagers may not like being put on a leash with a family locator. Parents would know where a kid may be for as long as the phone is on. But for kids, the content is restricted to suit them.

They were about to launch it in the UK as well but decided against it at the last minute.

Hrm. Does Disney have exclusive rights on this type of phone? I heard about this type of tracking device but i thought it was going to be offered universally not marketed by one company or did i read that wrong?
