Hello. I am brand new to this forum. I am here to seek advice on what has been a frustrating experience in trying to assemble the right equipment for my application. I own a tour company called Desert Wolf Tours (www.desertwolftours.com). Our guests pilot their own vehicles on convoy guided tours. I need a 2 channel radio system that will accomplish the following:
1. Transmitter/Receiver shock mounted in dash of each vehicle
2. External shock mounted speaker (possible 2 for stereo) mounted in the rear of each vehicle
3. Lead vehicle with tour guide wears a headset/mic
4. All other vehicle drivers wear a headset mic
5. The Lead vehicle headset/mic allows for direct comm to either all the external speakers in the vehicles to comment on tour surroundings or the driver headsets
6. The other vehicle drivers headset/mic only allow for direct comm between them and the other drivers/tour guide
7. The Lead Vehicle would also like to pipe MP3 music through the same channel that goes to the externally mounted speakers.
Can this be done for under $300 per vehicle not including speakers or installation?
