Server Bandwidth Overloaded

Over the past few days, I noticed that accessing the Coolest-Gadgets forum and blog site has been quite straining. I noticed the same for some other blogs hosted on this dedicated server as well.

I believe it must be the over-whelming traffic flooding into Coolest-Gadgest, that's excellent! However, I think there is also a frustrating time when I find it not able to connect, or rather the browser could not do anything to refresh the page, particularly one of the blog site.

Hope there is something in vB that you can tune (or tweak) to improve the caching mechanism.

I don't think it's bandwidth and it shouldn't be the forums as vB is very well optimised and we are not that busy yet.

I have approached our provider and asked them to look into it. There was a problem this morning with the network but that should of been resolved by now.

In that case, it must have been some routing along the way. Sorry for the false alarm :p
