I'm close to London than to any other place they have at speedtest.net. It matchs the 4MB (download speed) connection my ISP provides:

my time to london wasn't much lower than my time to atlanta.... australia was another story. cut my rate almost in half. still, not far off of the 1.5 my ISP claims.
