TV Streaming

I live in a house with the living room on the first floor and therefore Sky is nin here too. I have just had a conservatory built on the ground floor and want to send Sky to a TV down there and be able to turn channel over, control planner, etc without having to have Sky Multiroom.

Can someone suggest a solution?
