Looks like being a pretty cool day today. I'm off to London shortly for the Gizoo (http://www.gizoo.co.uk/) (one of the gadget prize (http://forums.coolest-gadgets.com/showthread.php?t=50) donators) launch party and I've just accepted an offer on my house. So I'll have a few things to celebrate tonight, if you see any drunken rambling posts off me later that is why :).

Congratz on selling your house. Now you can go buy that mansion you always wanted. :)

Nah, this next move is a down size. I've just about bought the house that I'm moving to (should get keys next week) and just hope my sale goes through quickly and smoothly as I'll have 2 mortgages for a while.

I'm basically releasing equity so that I can go fulltime self employed and not have to worry about money for a couple of years. The plan is to have my next next place a custom build job but that's a couple of years down the line yet.


Be sure to take pictures of the gizoo party to show us simple mortals. :P
Simple mortals my foot, this is only the second launch party I've ever been to. The first was actually a new Restaurant launch for another forum friend. I blogged it here (http://www.sagecroft.co.uk/2005/04/16/foxy-and-t0ps30-are-pretty-damn-cool/), but alas no pics. I will be taking a camera with me tonight so will try to get a fair few pics to post,

If he does not put in a touchscreen LCD next to the toilet to browse the web and listen to MP3's and a bass kicker under the toilet im going to be very disapointed in him

Nope, but they did agree to donate regular prizes. So we will be having monthly contests.

That's the plan. I promised my daughter that the next next place will have a pool and there are just so many pool gadgets that I've seen :)

I still would want a semi indoor pool its too much of a maintenance pain in the ass to have a outdoor pool i dont know.

The design I have in mind is an indoor pool that has removal walls and roof in the summer, I'm not an architect by any stretch but my design looks like it would work IMO.

See i was thinkign of soem thing simmiler but i was also thinking about still having screen walls but with like a folding glass panel style doors that swing open instead kind of like thoes out door returaunts you would see because here mosquitos are a pain in the ass :)
