After one week in Glasgow, it has been so tiring.....!!!
I departed for Glasgow on last Saturday; the workshop started on Monday, followed by the conference on Wednesday. The entire event lasted until Friday.
Everyday, there were so talks and presentation, some interesting, some not, mostly quite intriguing and professional. My talk was on Friday, on Gaussian Process Prior Models.
On Saturday, I went to off shopping at the Designer outlet. I'd really buy down the entire store if I have the cash. The stuffs were so much cheaper compared to High Street prices!!
Finally, on Sunday, it was time to leave Glasgow. My flight was at night at 2250hrs. Okay, this is drastic. Before checking in, I was told (by the announcement) that the flight will be delayed until 2310hrs. Well, that's fine, only 20 minutes delay (thinking that the taxi that I had booked initially wouldn't be too perturbed).
After checking in, there were annoucement of further delays.... and finally until 0001hrs. At last, the queue started to move. Eventually, I got home at 2am in the morning!!!
