We're on Google News, Cool!

I submitted CG to Google News (http://www.google.com/news?hl=en&ned=us&q=coolest+gadgets&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&start=10) ages ago, we got accepted but there was a problem with our RSS (or something) and after a few emails back and forth and no success I just left it at that.

I've just noticed today that we are now listed and getting traffic :cool: there's been 156 extra vistors from Google News today which is kind of cool. So if when we get our next BIG story I'd hope that to sky rocket :).

Yeah that would be cool, no idea how that works though. I was just checking logs today and saw the referals, I was able to search and find us but haven't seen us on a specific page as yet (though I will now be looking).

you should post on current events like the launch of some gadget , then it would automatically link your url to the main story.

Hey that's pretty cool :). I didn't know Google News was a submission thing I just figured they had some high-tech algorithm for it.
