Mobile pcs

Why havent we done this yet? Lets stop goofing off with this ipod crap and just make a small mini pc that doubles as a phone already!! Everyone on the planet can have this personalized phone that doubles as a wallet and pc. It can have a tracking device in it and big brother can monitor it so we can all scream and yell.

I think it's more likely to be the other way round where the mobile doubles as a PC. Mobiles already integrate cameras and music players and it's only a matter of time IMO until a PC is miniturised enough to be integrated also, though we'd still need some sort of screen (air projection maybe).

there is a phone that doubles as a mini pc and that is a Nokia Communicator 9500 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nokia_9500).

yes thats what smartphones are supposed to be. but with smart phones is that the chip is not fast enuf to make it a mobile pc.

yea? how many people you know built a 250,000 volt tesla coil and wasnt enugh and now buildign 1kV verrsion thats 1,000,000 volts and also built a EMP generator.... Why? just because i could :)
