Is it just me or is this the ultimate in lazy? Can you think of anyone that this would actually be useful for?

I would doubt it if people would use that in public

i am willing to bet that it takes more time to split a banna with that thing than it does with a good knife...

I've never seen these banana gadgets before, pretty funny.

If I had trouble opening a banana...I always used my teeth.

I think these products show that people will buy anything, and that you can make money from the laziness of others :)

I peel a lot of bananas and that is insane. A banana is the fruit that has a built-in pull tab. You don't need a device to peel it.

How silly.

Just for kicks id like to try one and see what takes longer... peeling it by hand or peeling it with the peeler device thing

Remember that you'd need to try out different kinds of bananas. I hate it when the "natural pull tab" is all wrinkly and shriveled.

I dont know even then i think it will take longer with that dam thing... Like if im cooking or making banna splits and the banna will not be staying in tact i have a method to peel any banna in like 2 seconds slide the whole thing down the center long ways than peel. im quick with the knife too, not as good as my buddy but im learning from him. Hes a japenese chef he knows his way around a Yanagi knife so well it scares me some times.
