Awhile ago, I got a PDA as a gift from somebody who wanted to help me organize my life (I guess they thought I needed it). But I never use it. I'm thinking about getting one for my hubby for Christmas, but since I never use mine, I thought I'd ask first. Anybody out there have a PDA that they actually use?

Well, mine's a hybrid... a PDA and a cell phone. It's Samsung i-700. The newer model is i-730. I like mine actually... but it's showing age and of usage. I use it for contacts, reminders and such and it does its job very well. :)

Do you have a lot of work contacts and stuff to keep track of, or does it help you a bit with your personal life, too?

Mine is a Palm Tungsten T2. However, I ended up using it more for mp3 player instead. Occassionally I use it for taking quick note, but that's about it, mainly because I am not too much of a businessman.

Oh it's strictly for personal usage! :) I have a very bad short term memory... so I need it to remind myself... of course, I have to enter a reminder item as soon as I come up with it else, I forget! :p

Actually I have a Palm TX and a HP iPAQ rx1950. I use both though the PPC mainly for making calls using Skype. :D

The TX is pretty useful to keep my contacts close at hand and lately I for reading ebooks and managing documents at work.

I've got a PDA/smartphone and I used the PDA stuff briefly but now it's just a bulky cellphone to me. Most typical cellphones nowadays have enough features that can be used as a basic PDA without the need for the extra bulk and fancy touchscreen.

I've had PDA's in the past and to be honest I find a good old paper diary to be better.

Personally, I listen to a lot of podcasts and audiobooks. The number one device recommended on Audiobook enthusiasts websites for this type of content? PDAs. So, now I rarely use my iPod because instead I use my phone.

I do not have PDA because I do not need it. You should buy multipurpose handphone for your husband:D

I couldn't live without my Blackberry 8310 for more than a day. I'd recommend one that has a micro-SD card slot for memory expansion.
