the product at that website is a little converter thing that allows you to hook up a monitor to your computer using only a usb port, pretty cool stuff

I thought I saw something like this already on the market last year. Though, it might be a different technology altogether, it basically did the same thing. I like this idea - because at the moment, I am not into the idea of building another PC with a dual head graphics card until the newer AMD64 dual core's come about.

Yeah but... I doubt that USB 2.0 has enough bandwidth to accommodate the video data! :eek:

Well if USB 2.0 doesn't have enough bandwidth then... bring out the Wirestripper!!!! Time to strip about 4-5 usb 2.0 cables and connect them together.. That should make it work.. I would have space since I have about 12 usb ports total on my computer :) .

exactly that's why this is cool technology because it compresses the signal without losing quality to make it work through usb

Should be neat to get rid of the huge video cable and connector.

but he's on a business trip so i'll get bak in like 2 wks
