Lucid Dreaming

Quote:
Lucid dreaming is dreaming while you are fully aware that you're dreaming and can control the dream
I've just done a post about this and would be interested to hear opinions and experiences anyone may have with lucid dreaming.

Ive had a lot of lucid dreams over the years but what really gets me is that i can be in a total sleep state and be aware of whats going on around me but not at that moment... for example and i cant do it on command but if two people are in the room having a conversation i could be asleep and have a dream and recall the dream after waking up and than even be able to repeat a good majority of the conversation of what was said near me while sleeping...

That was all ways weird and interesting to me not as much as lucid dreaming thats just a fun time

I think that's just called being nosey

If the training course didn't cost so much I'd give it a go, I reckon being able to lucid dream at will would be a cool ability to have. Once I've mastered that maybe levitation could be next .

Own it

You can achive lucid dreams without the device, using various techniques described in many books and/or websites. Many people tend to lucid dream just by reading about them, and it is a very awesome experience.

I own this device....however I have sinus issues and I tend to toss and turn a lot, so wearing the device is uncomfortable. I do still use it from time to time, and I think the feature that tells you how many times you had R.E.M.(dreams) is really cool. Personally I've had more lucid dreams without the device then with them.
edit:
I just wanted to mention the best way I found for myself to achive lucid dreams. When I'm sleepy I don't close my eye all the way, I leave them open just enough to look like I'm sleeping. I also found it's easier to lucid dream when I have to wake up to get a drink of water or something....I try to think about a previous dream or just think of dreaming as I doze back to sleep.

I can lucid dream. The best one i ever had was with Russel Crowe.

At the time i didnt realize i liked him. We were in this bedroom together and i realized in the dream, it was a dream. At that point i was very excited because i knew i could do anything. I started ripping off my cloths, they went flying all over the room. The rest ill leave out.

At the end of the dream before i woke up i was waiting for him to call me again. I still wait. I know he will call, one night
