HP has very bad Tech service, unlike DELL (have both)

I am using IBM Thinkpad X41 Table PC . I love it why? Its portable very light i can hold it as a book and i can use it as a tablet to write my notes when i am in class. Well the prices went down since UBM stoped producing laptops and sold the company to Lenovo. Overall i really like it!!
